Continued operation of a CITB ECO hub to start 750 people in employment who will be assigned a mentor the in the work place to aid sustainable employment in the Construction Industry. Lot 1: Following a competitive bidding process in 2022, Gement Ltd submitted a successful bid to CITB's England Construction Opportunities commission, and have been operating a CITB ECO hub in London. The hub has performed strongly against its original KPIs and is well-established with strong buy-in and utilisation from all expected regional partners, including a cross-section of construction employers. CITB intend to award a further £534,624 to Gement to deliver an additional 750 construction employment outcomes, with no set-up costs or lead-in time as the hub is already in full operation and well-embedded in the region and will extend to the home counties and wider geographical areas.
