<p>Wigan Council is undertaking an early engagement exercise, prior to tendering for a contractor to provide the planting and maintenance of containers of various sizes located throughout the Wigan borough and to supply plants to our parks / open spaces team. We are therefore inviting participants to answer the Response Form (attached) at the end of this briefing document in order to gauge the level of interest in the proposed contract.
