Tender description
In support of the NHS Wales National Succession Strategy and delivery of key talent and succession objectives, outlined in HEIW’s IMTP . HEIW proposes to deliver aspiring executive development centres, with the aim of supporting NHS Wales aspiring directors/executives to assess their current capability and readiness to move into an executive role and provide a visible national pool of executive talent. This requirement relates to the design of an aspiring executive development centre model and delivery of the model to pilot in a live environment. The requirement will also involve the development of internal capability and experience of HEIW / NHS Wales staff, through the provision of training, shadowing and resources, to enable continued delivery of the aspiring executive development centre without reliance on external expertise.
