<p>The required service is a system for the collation and monitoring of school reports and records of children who are in the care of the Local Authority and shall comprise the following elements, namely for and until the end of each academic year (1) the receipt from schools and other institutions of information on children (such as personal details, assessment, attendance, personal education plans, special education needs, behaviour, exclusions and school history), (2) the collation and processing of that information, (3) the secure storage of that information, and (4) the secure presentation and reporting through the Website of that information to the Local Authority.</p> Keywords: data collection, child attendance
