West Dunbartonshire Council (WDC) is seeking to appoint a Consultant with appropriate urban design/ planning, community engagement and costing/commercial experience to deliver Development Options for the site of the largely vacant Artizan Shopping Centre in Dumbarton. The Council is planning to acquire the centre from the current owners, partially demolish it and redevelop the site to provide a positive contribution to regeneration of Dumbarton Town Centre.
