Supply of FHRS front-end rebuild

Tender description

The requirement is to rebuild the FHRS front-end service in new technology to deliver a new robust and scaleable FHRS front-end digital service that meets users needs. This Work Package covers the development stages for this work following the discovery and early build stages. The completed rebuild of the service will be delivered within this work package. Requirement for the completed service is listed below, because for a successful discovery the team will need to understand the full requirement: Must use the improved V2 API. Must enable import of the ratings data in real time to ensure ratings are up to date. The API needs to provide up-to-date data, (current refresh time is 2 minutes [tbc]). Then, if the front-end is using the API to display the FHRS data, they are automatically up to date. Care must be taken with caching and anything else in the front-end that would cause older data to be displayed. Must use the new FHRS digital badges and allow users to access the new FHRS digital badges. See scope requirements in Annex
