Barnsley, Doncaster and Rotherham Waste Partnership (BDR) are undertaking a soft market consultation exercise to call for innovative solutions to help shape future services delivery for the management and running of the three authorities Household Waste Recycling Centres across sixteen sites. This opportunity is designed to enable suitably qualified and experienced organisations the opportunity to feed into this model shaping process and to inform on potential new future contract specification and procurement model.
