"To conduct a series of SEND reviews in school settings To conduct a thorough review of the bandings for special schools and bases with the intention of creating a fairer funding system across Wirral and improved value for money To set up SEND networks to improve communication between all stakeholders including schools, parents/carers To fully train two individuals to masters level in SEND To further embed the attachment and trauma work within schools to prevent exclusions which are back on an upward trajectory therefore providing a cost saving long term To provide working groups with schools on transition at key points in pupils' lives The above will all provide cost savings in the medium to long term"
