Tender description

The Purpose of the Rough Sleeper Initiative intervention is to ensure that rough sleepers have access to specialised immigration advice. This procurement will therefore enable Peterborough City Council Rough Sleeper Outreach Team to obtain individual immigration advice for clients who either do not have any status or who have been awarded pre-settled status. We are looking for a qualified and experienced Immigration Lawyer or a firm that will provide ad-hoc advice on matters of UK immigration. As part of Peterborough city council requirement, the appointed company or lawyer will be holding consultations with clients on all aspects of Immigration, in accordance with the current regulations and advising them on their options and setting out a plan of action to assist them in resolving their immigration matters. Using your wealth of Immigration experience, you will advise clients correctly and answer any questions they have regarding visa applications, asylum and human rights matters, naturalisation and citizenship applications, settlement, and indefinite leave to remain. Please note that this is a call for expression of interest and a further competition via Crown Commercial Service Agreement RM3788- Legal services for the wider public sector under the following lots- • Lot 1: Regional Service Provision • Lot 2a: Full-Service Firms - England & Wales Therefore, ONLY Lot 1 and Lot 2a suppliers are permitted to express interest.
