<p>Six Town Housing is currently in the process of developing a Framework for the provision of various categories of service essential to the provision of homes to customers and the maximisation of income to the business, is the rapid turnaround of these properties in terms of repair and maintenance. The framework will cover an initial 3-year period with an option to extend for a further 1 year. The role of the contractor in meeting this requirement is essential in terms of the ability to ensure that a 24-hour, 7-day responsive service is available and indeed that the standard of work carried out in terms of boarding up and glazing replacement is at the agreed level determined by the client. Part of this process includes a Market Engagement Exercise to gather information regarding what is currently available and the level of interest shown in the offer as well as allowing Six Town Housing to ensure that the offer is both inclusive and fit for purpose.</p> Keywords: Market Engagement
