Tender description
The PATROL Joint Committee comprises over 300 local authorities in England (outside London) and Wales. PATROL has a statutory duty to make provision for the independent adjudication of parking and traffic penalties issued under the Traffic Management Act 2004. This is carried out through the Traffic Penalty Tribunal (TPT), which comprises 30 solicitors and barristers and their support staff.
