NTS Buildings Condition Surveys 2022

Tender description

The National Trust for Scotland is embarking on a full Health Check condition survey programme of all its built assets. This programme will be delivered over 3 – 5 years with assets prioritised on the basis of an internally produced risk assessment. Note that this programme will be augmented by more detailed surveys and full quinquennial surveys of certain properties where this is considered appropriate or where specific refurbishments are planned. All surveys included in this programme therefore are for the purposes outlined below only and should be conducted with reference to the RICS Global Guidance Note: Planned Preventative Maintenance of Commercial and Residential Property . Lot 1: NTS Building Stock Condition Survey 2022 - Edinburgh & East The National Trust for Scotland is embarking on a full Health Check condition survey programme of all its built assets.
