INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF CLOSED CHURCHYARD MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Tender description

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council require grounds maintenance operations to be carried out at eight closed churchyards within the borough. \\r\r The contract is for general grounds maintenance which includes grass cutting, pruning of trees and shrubs, collection and disposal of litter amongst other grounds maintenance duties as outlined in the attached specification.\\r\r \\r\r The contract will be for a period of 24 months with an option to extend for a further two periods of 12 months.\\r\r Additional information: Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council require grounds maintenance operations to be carried out at eight closed churchyards within the borough. The Council has proposed the following timetable for this Tender process: Dispatch of ITT: Friday 10th December 2021 Questions & Answers: Frid 10th Dec 2021 - Mon 17th Jan 2022 Return of Tender: 12.00.00 Thursday 20th January 2022 Evaluation of Tender: Thursday 3rd February 2022 Notification of Contract Award to Tenderers: Tuesday 8th February 2022 Contract commencement meeting: w/c 23rd February 2022 The Council reserves the right to change the above timetable and Tenderers will be notified accordingly where there is a change in the timetable.
