Tender description

Scottish Enterprise (SE) require a supplier to store and manage its offsite archived hard copy and other media records. The supplier will be required to store records, deliver records to and pick records up from our 12 Scottish offices by request and to destroy records which have been approved for destruction by SE. The contract will be in place for a period of 5 years with the option to extend for a further 2 Scottish Enterprise (SE) require a supplier to store and manage its offsite archived hard copy and other media records. The ability to provide a ‘rush’ 2hr and half day delivery service is required on occasion. Access to view archived records at the supplier’s site is also required once or twice a year subject to business need. Regular management reports will be required including information on the supplier’s ability to provide access to online systems to manage requests.
