Distribution of Healthy Start Vitamins to eligible York residents in Westfield and Clifton

City of York Council is commencing the supply and distribution of Healthy Start Vitamins to the residents of York. This opportunity is for organisations to distribute Healthy Start Vitamins to eligible pregnant women, new mothers, and young children on behalf of City of York Council. In order to give families across York the best access to Healthy Start Vitamins, we are inviting all kinds of organisations operating in Westfield and Clifton Ward, with operations complimentary to the supply of vitamins, the opportunity to submit an expression of interest. The vitamins can be distributed ‘over the counter’ and so you do not need to be a health professional or have a special licence. The contract will commence on 1st November 2022 and run for 2 years until 30th October 2024, with an option for this contract to be extended for a third year subject to internal approvals and budgetary confirmations.
