<p>The North East Ambulance Service Foundation Trust (NEAS) seeks a supplier to assess the leadership and governance of the Trust as described in the well-led framework published by NHS Improvement and to identify developmental actions in response. The supplier will need to be able to offer a distinctive, innovative, proactive and professional approach to conducting the review.
