Tender description

The MCA have historically contracted BT to provision the telephony services delivered under the historic Public Switched Telephone Network, across the MCA geographical estate. These services support a variety of devices, which historically included end-user telephony, fax services, lift emergency call lines, ancillary devices and services which including rental of external bells and quarterly charges for publication of MCA information in local directories.
