The purpose of this RFT is twofold: 1. To appoint a number of experienced Mentors, with industry-specific backgrounds to mentor Irish SME Owner/Managers as part of the overall Scheme. 2. To appoint 4 Pillar Champions to provide thought leadership in their specialist area, ensure content is holistic and rich, keeps abreast of industry trends and interlinks with the other pillars to deliver an overall experience to improve SME productivity).
