Pump and Motor Sets on Chilled Water & Low Pressure Hot Water

Tender description

The National Institute for Bioprocessing Research and Training wish to procure replacement pumps and motor sets for the site’s Low-Pressure Hot Water and Chilled Water systems. The Low-Pressure Hot Water system has 3 fixed speed primary pumps operating in duty/standby mode mounted on a common header and 2 variable speed secondary pumps operating in duty standby mode mounted on a common header and are configured in a de-coupled piping arrangement and controlled via the BMS. The Chilled Water System has two fixed speed primary pumps operating in duty/standby mode mounted on a common header and 2 variable speed secondary pumps operating in duty/standby mode mounted on a common header and are configured in a de-coupled piping arrangement and are controlled via the BMS. The goal of the project is to replace these end-of-life pumps sets with more efficient pump sets, energy efficiency been the priority. A site visit is highly recommended to walk these systems.
