Provision of Building & Structural Surveys for properties throughout Waterford City

Waterford City & County Council now invites suitably qualified building surveyors to tender for the works outlined below: • Carry out an extensive visual building inspection and survey for each project to include the building, its services and the grounds. • Carry out an extensive visual structural inspection and survey for each project to include the building, its services and the grounds. • Prepare a detailed condition and structural report for each project, including an overview of the form of construction and materials used for the different parts of the property as well as any pre-existing deficiencies within the structure, or areas of concern, and the recommended remediation for same; • Prepare a photographic record of each property. • Provide expert professional advice to the project team. Note: as outlined in the ITT document, only electronic tender submissions will be accepted.
