Provision of a Conservation Accredited Registered Structural Engineer (CARE) to act as Lead Professional Advisor for the previous Hippodrome Site

Derby City Council (the Council) is undertaking this procurement to establish a contract for a Lead Professional Advisor for the previous Hippodrome Site The Contract is split into two Phases Phase One - Urgent Works Notice Phase Two - Contract Administration of Urgent works The initial contract period is 12 months; the contract is estimated to commence 15th August 2022 and expire 14th August 2022. It is intended that the initial contract period will cover Phase 1. There will be an option to extend the contract for 12 months to provide some flexibility and allow for Phase 2 to be completed. The extension will be subject to budget, business need and satisfactory performance. The maximum contract periods is 24 months Please note, suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation, must do so by 15:00 on 29th June 2022. It is recommended that you express interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a comprehensive response. The deadline for returns is 12:00 on 30th June 2022.
