Tender description
<p>Creation of the polices, processes, procedures, committees, Boards and protocols to establish a PHSO internal Academy of Learning. These must meet academic standards so PHSO could, if it decides to explore the option further at a future point, approach a university for indication of acceptance as a quality assurance partner. Advise on the structure and development of training materials for a PHSO level 2/3 Intake caseworker certificate and a level 4 caseworker certificate with accredited learning structured through a credit-based system – linked to QAA/ RQF benchmarks.
