Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Campus for the energy sector in Great Yarmouth

Tender description

The purpose of the project is to bring about delivery of services and/or development at the proposed Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Campus at the Port of Great Yarmouth, with a focus on supporting the offshore wind and energy sector in the Great Yarmouth area. Lot 1: The purpose of the project is to bring about: (a) delivery of services for the operation of marine facilities (commonly referred to as Phase 1, consisting of a maritime operational base, including facilities comprising pontoons, quay heading, 2 berths, laydown land, parking area, which are shortly proposed to be developed by the Contracting Authority) at the proposed Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Campus at the Port of Great Yarmouth; and (b) delivery of works (commonly referred to as Phase 2) for development and potentially letting out, of buildings, car parking/circulation space, utilities diversion/upgrades for new buildings, soft landscaping, for storage/office uses, at the proposed O&M Campus as above. Additional information: This procurement does not involve construction, but only operation, of the facilities comprising Phase 1, in II.2.4)(a) above.
