Tender description

The Road Management Office (RMO), as part of a Local Authority shared service, assists and supports all 31 Local Authorities manage the transport network asset in Ireland. Road network traffic analytics and speed related data is required to assist with this process. The RMO intend to set up a Framework of suitable road network traffic analytics and speed related data suppliers and processors from which Framework Client (Local Authorities and other road network asset management Stakeholders) can procure data. Data specific to the needs of a Framework Client can be procured under the framework by way of Mini-Competition between Framework Members. Future contracts shall be open to any updated datasets and data capture systems that can provide traffic analytics and/or speed related data.
