Tender description

Scottish Procurement is considering the establishment of a collaborative framework agreement for Mobile Voice and Data Services for Scottish public sector bodies. The current single supplier Framework is due to expire on 16 March 2023. Scottish Procurement is considering establishing a collaborative arrangement for the provision of Mobile Voice and Data Services which will be available to Scottish public sector bodies. Consideration is being given to replacing the current framework for a period up to 4 years. The scope of this collaborative arrangement is still being developed but is likely to include voice and SMS, a range of data services including 5G and shared/aggregated data, devices and accessories, international tariffs, managed/professional services, lone/remote worker services, mobile Internet of Things services, business mobility apps, device insurance and disposal etc, although this may be subject to change as the strategy develops.
