Tender description

Scottish Procurement is considering the establishment of a collaborative framework agreement for Mobile Voice and Data Services for Scottish public sector bodies. The current single supplier Framework is due to expire on 16 March 2023. Lot 1: Scottish Procurement is considering establishing a collaborative arrangement for the provision of Mobile Voice and Data Services which will be available to Scottish public sector bodies. Consideration is being given to replacing the current framework for a period up to 4 years. The scope of this collaborative arrangement is still being developed but is likely to include voice and SMS, a range of data services including 5G and shared/aggregated data, devices and accessories, international tariffs, managed/professional services, lone/remote worker services, mobile Internet of Things services, business mobility apps, device insurance and disposal etc, although this may be subject to change as the strategy develops.
