This 12month contract will provide ongoing support and maintenance for these systems as per the following: - Dealing with any bug fixes in ibTB or SPIDA - Dealing with farmer/public queries relating to ibTB that require immediate data changes on the live site - Modifications to SPIDA 5.0 resulting from user testing - Overseeing the "go live" of SPIDA 5.0 - Decommissioning of SPIDA 4.0 on VLA69
