Tender description

This competition to select a single supplier has come about as a result of work commissioned by DFHERIS to define the scope for the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. The overall goal is to procurement of a CRM solution that is fit for purpose and that meets the functional and non-functional requirements of DFHERIS and to ensure the implementation is managed professionally, confirm the benefits of the solution are delivered. The technical advisor will meet the following minimum qualifications: • Must be an experienced hands on technical advisor, with either an educational or related background ideally with experience in dealing with companies similar in size / structure to DFHERIS • Must be able to advise/articulate the merits of technical options with the ability to present solutions and recommendations to our Board in a manner that is understandable to a non technical audience • Must have demonstrated previous expertise in defining technical requirements • Must have demonstrated previous experience in assessing alternative technical solutions against business and other organisation requirements • Must have a working knowledge of technology systems • Must be able to work independently, to strict timeline protocols and as part of a team • Should have expertise in defining and managing competitive procurement competitions for IT technology and services. Should have experience in evaluating technical elements of procurement competitions.
