Integrated Design Team to deliver the design of a 10,000 sq. m. Advanced Building Solution through the Planning Process

Westmeath Innovation & Enterprise Designated Activity Company (WDAC) has selected a site within Ardmore, Mullingar as a suitable location for a new technology unit for the delivery of a c. 10,000 sq. m. Advanced Building Solution with 100% expansion capability and maximum flexibility in terms of its design. WDAC intends to engage an Integrated Design Team to deliver the project. The consultant shall appoint a Project Manager from the lead tenderers personnel for the scheme, and he/she shall have overall responsibility for the management, delivery and implementation of the discrete stages as set out below: • Stage (i) Project Inception Investigations and Concept Design, • Stage (ii) Preliminary Design and Statutory Planning A full description of the services required by the Client is provided in Schedule B of the Tender and Schedule for the Conditions of Engagement for Consultancy Services (Technical).
