Tender description

The Open Data Institute (ODI) will conduct a research and engagement project with a view to: Assess to what extent the objectives of INSPIRE have been achieved, referring to the original use cases. ODI will look to understand both where INSPIRE has proven fit for purpose, and where there have been barriers to implementation. Identify where there are any new use cases for INSPIRE. Assess how INSPIRE fits with the National Geospatial Strategy and the aims of the Geospatial Commission, the spatial data ambitions of the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, and Defra's new regulations and policies related to the environment around natural environment, biodiversity and agriculture.
