"This contract provides the access to HR Inform a online service which provides the following:- 1. SalarySearch - The UK’s most comprehensive online salary benchmarking tool. Simple and easy to use, it can help you make informed decisions around pay, benefits and total reward to help you attract and retain key talent. 2. Online Job Evaluation - The job evaluation methodology included within this tool supports the analysis of different skills and responsibilities using a step-by-step approach, allowing you to compare jobs at the right level against the external market. 3. Settlements and Forecasts report - Available on request, this report provides highlights and trends in the markets, companies reporting pay freezes, pay awards and forecasts and industry breakdowns. Updated periodically throughout the year with current news and developments, contact us for a copy of the latest report. 4. Unlimited calls to the employment law advice call - Covers all aspects of UK employment law, including dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, collective labour law, contractual issues and new and impending legislation. Intended to provide a quick check or second opinion on legal issues. 5. Unlimited Health and Safety calls - Allowing you to act confidently and quickly to minimise risk and safeguard people and assets, available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. In Sept 2020 a agreement was made between Tony Williams and HR Inform for a 5 year contract (First 7 Months Free of Charge Period - First payment to be invoiced on *15/04/2021* - Unlimited calls to advice line per user for duration of contract term - 2 Additional users for Free. in April 2021 a PO was raised for 1 year, however a contract should have been put in place for 5 years. A breach form has been completed for the invoice in 2021 and a exception request fro the contract from 2022 to 26."
