Tender description

Supplier can provide us with 6 carers - who they would bring from the mainland, housing and transport have been arranged by the council This would provide us with an additional 288 hours per week home care. This service would be attached and managed by our own in house domiciliary care service and provide a bridging service from our own home care reablement service or Adelaide and Gouldings until the prime homecare providers are able to pick up the packages of care – ensuring we maintain our reablement focus for those discharged from hospital.
