<p>Bury Council are looking to offer a list of locations to form the basis of a concessions contract for a supplier who is willing to install, operate, and maintain Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (EVCI) at these locations. The EVCI supplier will be able to assess feasibility, install, operate, and maintain a network of EVCI in Bury without any financial support from the Council or external funding the Council has applied for. Officers are keen to seek the views of any interested parties on how they would envisage the service operating moving forwards. As part of that process, we are inviting to respond to the attached questionnaire. The responses that we receive will then help the Council shape its invitation to bid documentation and make it attractive to the potential market of bidders. At this stage there is no commitment of any kind by the Council or the organisations that contact us and we would like to stress that any responses received will be kept confidential. Any party not expressing an interest at this stage will not be precluded from submitting a bid at the tender stage. Following the evaluation of the responses we anticipate that an opportunity inviting bids for the service including the details of the information required from bidders along with the deadline for submissions will be issued as soon as it is practical to do so.</p> <p>The closing time and date for the submission of responses is 17.00 on Monday 27th June 2022.
