Tender description

The level of technical support and expertise required to establish, maintain and develop Data Governance and Coherence capabilities and functionality can only be provided by those with the specific skills and expertise in the field of Data, Data Governance and Database Management. This support and the Data Governance function is a key enabler in supporting the successful delivery of the D Info Data Sub strategy that provide the data to military applications, programmes, business functions and warfighting activities underpinning Programme THEIA; the digital transformation of the Army. The skills, knowledge and experience required to establish a Data Governance function within the Army simply do not currently exist. This approach will deliver VFM as the proposed solution will establish the DGO, as there is currently zero capacity within the Information Design authority or IX to undertake this critical piece of work.
