<p>Demolition of existing blocks of flats along Bevan Place; the construction of a six-storey apartment block including sixty-five residential units; the construction of a five-storey apartment block including twenty-eight residential units and ground floor retail Class E Unit (188m&sup2;).</p> <p>This is a two-stage tender process.</p> <p>This SQ is being administered through www.mytenders.co.uk.
