Category 4: Mechanical Works - Heating Upgrade Works

Tender description

The proposed works relate to Category 4: Mechanical Works (Summer Works Scheme). The works comprises of the Mechanical Services Installation works associated with the complete replacement of the existing system of heating distribution within the main school/teaching block, and new infrastructural mains to the Colton Building, with new 2 pipe systems of distribution throughout, as detailed on the accompanying drawings, to be carried out as a direct contract with the client. Works also include for upgrading of heating centres, and connecting into existing circuit to the boys dormitory, as shown and as detailed on the accompanying drawings.
