Business Process Outsourcing services - Overseas Registration Process

Tender description

There is currently a high volume of open overseas applications with the NMBI (overseas nurses that submitted a qualification recognition application). The applications fall within different stages of the process, some requiring follow-up from the applicant while others require follow-up from the NMBI. The focus of the registration department is on two categories with the highest volumes that require NMBI follow up: 1. Applications in the ‘submitted’ category (requiring administrative assessment). 2. Applications in the ‘incomplete’ category (applications with missing documents or undergoing third party checks) The immediate objective of this processing solution is to progress and process the backlogged applications and allow a return to business as usual. The timeline for doing so is approximately 14 weeks (from December 2021), and it will require fourteen (14) full-time staff and one (1) supervisor during that time, with each agent processing approximately 8 applications a day.
