Tender description

NMBI is seeking a software application to provide Board and Committees meetings Governance, including the electronic distribution of documents for Board and Committee meetings in a secure manner. A securely hosted solution is required, with no requirement for NMBI to host and manage a server infrastructure. The tenderer should provide an overview of their application solution, the software architecture and the technology used. NMBI would favour an ‘off the shelf’ solution in order to reduce costs and to roll out in a timely manner. The system will provide an easy to use intuitive interface which offers ease of navigation and requires minimum training or support to access key functionality. The primary requirement of the software solution is to provide Board and Committee meeting support which will enable secure electronic distribution of documents for Board and Committee meetings.
