ATU Galway City - iHub Conversion Works 2022

Tender description

ATU Galway City - iHub wishes to award a contract under the open procedure for works involving adapting two office type spaces into part office/part lab type spaces by providing a wet lab space and ancillary services within the rooms. The work is concentrated in one area on the ground floor. The two rooms are back-to-back. It also includes bringing compressed air/gas lines into two additional existing office/lab spaces adjacent and the changing of flooring from carpet to Marmoleum in another unit. This will be a turnkey project which will be ready to move into upon completion. The main elements involved are as follows: • Electrical alterations & Installations. • Mechanical alterations & Installations. • Tiling • Decoration. • Floor finishes. • Installation of new furniture (benching, cupboards, kitchen-type units). • Supply of undercounter fridges.
