Vehicle Training Framework

Tender description

Tenders are invited for a training provider to deliver ‘Vehicle Related Training’ to the relevant Leeds City Council employees. There are currently over 3000 employees within the Authority who are required to drive to carry out their duties. Currently all vehicle related training is conducted by the Authority’s in house Vehicle Safety Team trainers. However, due to increases in demand and the need for a timely and flexible service we are now seeking external training provider(s) to assist in the delivery of some training courses. Services currently required cover a broad range of van, minibus and LGV related training including of courses which will be required are listed at Appendix A. The learners attending the courses will have a variety of experience and knowledge. Reasonable adjustments to training delivery are therefore required to respond to learner ability.
