Tender description

<p>Hounslow needs to transform both its commissioning and provision of occupational, speech and language therapy services for children and young people. We want to improve our early identification need and how we support children and families, from early years, throughout their school life and transition out of education.</p> <p>We need someone with experience of system change and stakeholder engagement that can work with us and key stakeholders over the next 3 to 4 months.&nbsp; We are seeking a provider that can challenge all partners in the system, to get us to a point where we have a clear and agreed plan on how to move from our current position to our vision.</p> Keywords: Transformation, Therapy Services
