The Provision of Condition Surveys and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) reports

Tender description

Huntingdonshire District Council (HDC) wishes to appoint a consultant to provide a multi-discipline surveying service to produce detailed condition reports for its properties and then provide prioritised and costed Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) reports to bring the properties up to good statutory and lease compliant standard where applicable. It is Huntingdonshire Districts Councils (HDC) objective to capture the condition of its buildings with recommendations that can reliably inform future business plans, programmes of works, energy efficient requirements, prioritisation and resource allocation. In addition to this, HDC require the existing building plans to be reviewed and amended as necessary to ensure they are up to date and reflect the current building layouts. Any buildings without a drawing will need a one completed in AutoCAD as part of the tender.
