Tender description
MCC is seeking a suitably qualified operator to provide a car club service to Manchester’s businesses, institutions, organisations and residents to the specification set out in this document. The aim would be to enable members of the public and businesses the opportunity to forego private ownership of a vehicle but still retain the ability to access one when required, particularly where trips are made as part of an integrated sustainable transport journey or where the vehicle provides the only practical means of undertaking the journey. Any contract would need to include corporate membership for Manchester City Council employees.
