Supply of Air Ambulance Medical Equipment Racking System

Tender description

The Air Ambulance Medical Racking System must be a removable unit. System / rack unit must support the following equipment / power supply 1. EMS Power 12/14 VDC x 6. 2. EMS Power 24/28 VDC x 2 3. Mounting bracket or similar for a ZOLL X Series monitor defibrillator 4. Mounting bracket or similar for a Hamilton T1 Ventilator 5. Mounting bracket or similar for Braun Infusomat pumps x 3 6. USB Charing units x 3 Lot 1: The HSE intends to establish, on behalf of National Ambulance Service, the number of Supplier(s) who have the capability and/or capacity for the supply of an Air Ambulance Medical Equipment Racking System. If any Supplier considers itself to be a supplier of this product, the Supplier is requested to respond to this PIN and should do so my completing the attached PIN Response Form (Appendix 1) and reverting to the HSE before 31/5/2022 @12:00hrs via the eTenders messaging system . In the event that the marketplace reasonably demonstrates a number of Suppliers of this product (i.e. two or more), it is intended that the HSE will conduct an Open Tender Competition for this requirement. The HSE considers that in the event that only one Supplier demonstrates the capability and capacity to supply this product , then the HSE may reasonably conclude that the exemptions available under Article 32 2 (b) of Directive 2014/24/EU may be employed for the procurement of this product.
