Tender description
Supply and Implementation of an Occupational Health Software Solution. The services to comprise:- Access to an established Software as a Service (SaaS) Occupational Health solution that will support the Irish Civil Service Office of the Chief Medical Officer. The solution will: a) Ensure all data is secure, that access is limited to authorised personnel, that there is no overlap with other customer environments, or dependencies on resources used/applied in other customer environments and hosted in the EU/EEA. b) Provide network connectivity to any cloud based infrastructure including the ability to extend private networking address spaces (as defined in RFC 1918 https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc1918) c) Implementation of the solution d) Training Services for end users of the solution e) Support Services associated with the solution.
