<p>The Council is seeking a provider to: - Provide street outreach and systems navigation to support people who are sleeping rough in Hackney to access appropriate support and accommodation. - Enable effective joint working with neighbouring boroughs to ensure that people are able to access services in areas of local connection. - Work meaningfully with partners in the borough to address rough sleeping primarily, and street activity where it is linked to rough sleeping.</p> Keywords: Homeless outreach street
