RTS SP Workplace Wellbeing, Suicide Prevention & Postvention Support

Tender description

Portsmouth City Council ('the council') is inviting tenders from suitably qualified suppliers to provide Workplace Wellbeing, Suicide Prevention and Postvention support for employers across Portsmouth, Southampton, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. The support will provide direct support to employers and businesses who have been affected by a (suspected) suicide covering an area across Hampshire, Southampton, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight, with the overarching aim to support businesses to manage the impact of the bereavement and reduce the businesses and employees risk factors associated with this event. The geographical footprint of the service will mirror that of the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System (ICS) and the local Authority areas of Hampshire County Council, Southampton City Council, The Isle of Wight Council and Portsmouth City Council. The estimated value of the contract is £100,000. The contract term will be for 2.5 years with no options to extend beyond this initial period. The funding is only available for the initial period, as such this contract will not have any extension periods. Deadlines for clarifications will be 24th June 2022 with the final returns deadline being 1st July 2022 at 12PM.
