1. Demount and cart away all existing railings, backs stays and gates as highlighted for replacement on Drawing No. 22.68.T.02 2. Carry out spot repairs to reinforce existing walls 3. Cut back trees and hedging as recommended by tree specialist. PC sum provided. 4. Form new concrete pads for back stays 5. Supply and install new fences and gates
