Provision of Occupational Therapist Services Wexford

Tender description

The Occupational Therapist will principally be required to undertake the following services in relation to the Housing Adaptation Grant Scheme for People with a Disability, the Mobility Aids Grant Scheme for all applicants in the area. - Carry out home visits and assess the applicants' needs. - Carry out assessments remotely if necessary. - Prioritise applications and provide a Priority Rating for each application in accordance with the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage (DoHLGH) Guidelines having regards to the medical needs of the applicant. - Liaise with the Occupational Therapist Services of the Health Service Executive as required. - Submit reports to the Council on works required to meet the needs of the applicant. - Other advisory services may be required.
