Pobl Group wishes to appoint multiple legal providers to a Framework to cover the following areas: - Lot 1 Commercial Property Services - Lot 2 Housing Management - Lot 3 Residential Development and Construction - Lot 4 Employment - Lot 5 Corporate - Lot 6 Home Ownership Lot 1: Commercial Property Services Lot 1 - Commercial Property - Commercial contracts and leases, - Commercial property including landlord and tenant, - Property litigation, - Planning - Real estate environmental law - Management agreements - PFI contracts Lot 2: Housing Management Lot 2 - Housing Management - Anti-social behaviour, - Tenancy breaches, - Injunctions, - Possession, - Advocacy, - Neighbour disputes Lot 3: Residential Development and Construction Lot 3 - Residential Development and Construction - Site acquisition and assembly, - Sales (outright and shared ownership), - Joint ventures and other partnership working arrangements, - Development agreements, - Planning matters, - Contentious and non-contentious construction matters. Lot 4: Employment Lot 4 - Employment - Contentious and non-contentious employment law, - Service contracts and remuneration, - Pensions and employee benefits.
